Service Availability

Recording Ethics
- Do not capture sensitive or illegal content.
- Honor confidentiality obligations.
- Provide a way for participants to opt out of recordings.
- Securely store your recordings on your device.
- Use recordings solely for permitted purposes.
Intellectual Property
Your Content
- Definition: "Your Content" includes your recorded meetings, notes, summaries, and any other data you create with Hyprnote.
- Ownership: You retain ownership of Your Content.
- Local Processing: Your Content is processed entirely on your device. We do not receive, store, or process Your Content on our servers.
- Cloud Processing Option: If you choose to use the experimental cloud‑based models feature, your content will be processed by cloud services but we do not store, retain, or analyze this content.
- Complete Privacy: Your Content stays on your device or is only temporarily processed in the cloud (if you opt in to cloud‑based models). You have complete control over your data.
Our Rights
- We own all rights to the Hyprnote software, including source code, AI algorithms, user interfaces, designs, and brand assets.
- You agree not to reverse‑engineer, modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of our proprietary components except as permitted under an applicable open‑source license.
Acceptable Use
Do's
- Use Hyprnote for lawful, intended purposes.
- Respect others' privacy and rights.
- Comply with local and international laws, including recording laws.
- Report any system vulnerabilities or abuse you encounter.
- Safeguard your data by keeping backups.
Don'ts
- Share your device access or allow unauthorized access.
- Abuse, harass, or harm others through the Service.
- Upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing materials.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service (e.g., by hacking or spamming).
- Use Hyprnote for activities that violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
Warranty Disclaimers
Service Provided "As Is"
- We provide Hyprnote "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be error‑free, secure, or uninterrupted.
- We do not warrant that any content or information will be accurate or reliable.
- Beta features are experimental and not guaranteed to be stable.
Local Processing Approach
- With our local processing approach, you assume responsibility for data security on your own device.
- We are not responsible for any data loss or corruption that may occur on your device.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruptions.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if applicable) or 100 USD, whichever is greater.

Your Role
- Keep your operating systems and software up to date.
- Maintain regular backups of your data.
- Immediately report any suspicious activity or security vulnerabilities.
Legal Compliance
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
- Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Delaware.
- You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Regulatory Compliance
- You agree to comply with all relevant data protection laws and regulations.
- You're responsible for adhering to your local laws regarding recording, storage, and use of personal data.
- Export controls, import restrictions, and other local requirements may apply.
Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time.
- When we make material changes, we'll notify you via an in‑app message at least 30 days before they take effect.
- Continued use after changes become effective means you agree to the new Terms.
Analytics
PostHog (Desktop App)
- Collects anonymous usage data to improve application performance.
- Includes feature usage, session information, and app performance.
- You can opt out in the application settings.
PostHog (Website)
- Tracks anonymous page views, referrers, and event timestamps to improve the website.
- You can block analytics in your browser or use an ad blocker.
Intercom Live Chat
- Stores chat messages you voluntarily send and your IP address for routing.
- Provides real‑time customer support.
- Close the chat widget or avoid initiating chat to opt out.
RB2B.com Visitor Identification

- You can switch back to local‑only processing at any time.
Full Data Control
- You can disable all telemetry in the settings.
- When telemetry is disabled, no analytics data is sent to our servers.
- The application continues to function without telemetry.

Termination
Service Termination

Final Notes
Severability

- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding Hyprnote.
- They supersede any prior or concurrent agreements, communications, or proposals.
